Your muscles don’t have enough time to recover. Ensure your targeted workouts are well spread out and you are working at a comfortable pace.
You may have an underlying condition
Some people experience frequent back pain with no apparent rhyme or reason. If you are experiencing back pain in a localized area of the back and are experiencing it for over 3 months with no slowing down, your back pain may be attributed to a chronic condition.
